In other words, in most cases, a 50/50 split will eventually lead to problems once the partner that does most of the work realizes this...too late.1 - List all the roles the partners will be doing, write it down.2 - assign numbers to each role based on how each one is more/less important or time consuming than the others. 

The key is taking action.

As Covid stimulus dries up, consumers will be looking to save their dollars, and moving to more affordable housing, in the form of rentals, in more affordable markets.
