Hi Everyone,

Long time listener...First time caller...

I'm from Langley, BC and have been fascinated with real estate investing for a few years, but never thought it would be possible with the housing climate in this area. My wife and I own our own home and have for about 6 years, where we've now 10x our initial investment and with listening to the BP podcast, I think we'll be ready to buy our first investment property. I'm glad theres a resource like BP out there, or i'd probably continue sitting on the sidelines.
