Looking to hear from everyone and specifically from those that have obtained their financial freedom goal within a span of a few years. 

My goal is to have more then 5000$ a month in passive profit as soon as possible.

After you have a general understanding of the REI in the Columbus market and you know what interest you and or maybe some long term goals.

But if you decide one day that you want to reduce down to 2 roommates having a floor plan with a separate entrance or something with a separate living room that you can minimize common spaces you may be able to live with that arangement more comfortably for longer.

As of now I’m listening to the “BiggerPockets” the podcast and I just started since the first episode and it just made me have more motivation to accomplish my goals  I am in the process of currently changing my major from Marketing to Finance and Real Estate and I would highly appreciate any type of advice, that any of you have.

@David John Forliti If I am reading this correctly, your goal is to find property, they can act as a second home, while also being an STR/MTR, and a place you can retire, which is 10-15 years away.
