What feedback do you have for the lead choices, do you think it would be better to put all my mailing efforts in a single category?

"Homeless"= for him means living/working out of his truck that most likely has a sleeper birth & most, if not all of the comforts of home, not what you think of as typical homeless, he doesn't need a permanent address at this time in his life.  

@Josue Guerrero,Read up on how to work with private lenders (1st choice) and hard money lenders (2nd choice).

A team/partner is an obvious choice to help with this.

Engineered is a better choice in most situations.  

Either choice is important because the decision you make is based on its surroundings and potential profit.Good luck to you!

They had choice move it yourself or we will move it for you and put it in storage. 

I'll treat it more of a case by case situation with the GC to see what would be the most cost-effective way to add it, versus just forcing one choice. 

I don' know if I'll ever use a selling agent if it' really this easy to sell a house especially in this market there aren' a lot of choices in my area of turn key properties.
