If you switched PM's then your new PM should be handling all of this.

I hope I don't see you all over these forums one day insisting you did it all by yourself and telling people who aren't as fortunate as you were that it's all about pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps no matter what your personal circumstances.

Most of these prefab companies either don’t have a contractor to recommend in my area or will tell me about all the projects they do in CA then disappear when I ask them to get me in touch for a build quote.

Shasta to the north is also getting some development interest because of the ski area, proximity to vast amounts of wilderness with all kinds of recreation.

So my question to all of you is this....

It's now not a secret, and actually fairly expensive due to all of these benefits. 

Gotta admit, I'm pretty impressed.It's not specifically for real estate investing or anything, but it does have some features that let you model rentals as part of your broader financial plan.

@Alec Barnes one of the problems with communication is the different expectations.Agents and consumers all think PMCs should be available 24/7.NOT POSSIBLE for the relatively small monthly fees owners pay PMCs versus the thousands of dollars of commissions agents get per transaction.So, while agents may answer their phones 24/7, most PMCs do not.

Let me ask you this: is it fair to require a natural-born US citizen to submit to a credit/criminal background check, but then waive that requirement for someone in the country illegally? 

Anyway, any advice or worlds of encouragement you could shoot my way would be great, as invetsors have always  told me “the first one is the hardest”I look forward to connecting with you all and look forward to learning and growing in this business !
