The NYSERDA program and financing can be very beneficial but it also has its quirks, The just of the financing is that NYSERDA will offer up to a $25,000 loan at 3.99% on "eligible measures" that is approved by the program administrator.  

As a recent network and systems administrator - I get technology.

I am a government employee, my line of work is IT particularly Network Administrator, but i can do website development.

I currently work full time in an Accounting and Administration capacity at a local maintenance supply company.

After I consolidated them, I contact the program administrators and requested a payoff compromise.

BS in Healthcare Administration, ROTC followed by 6 years in Army.

A rooming house works well when near a university as you can furnish them and cater to international students - but when your clientele are affordable housing patrons, you stand to have far more drama and administration than you care.If it is the property I found on MLS, the listing indicates the owner has carried out decades worth of renovations without permits.
