Hi, im Rainier Dela Cruz a newbie from Manila, Philippines. I am a government employee, my line of work is IT particularly Network Administrator, but i can do website development. I graduated with a course of Information Management and took up MBA. Recently, i passed the real estate broker licensure exam. Hoping to learn from experienced mentors of biggerpockets.com.
