I have never had a deal fall through at the last minute, so for me the risk is worth the reward.

Robert Kiyosaki and my Grandfather both spoke of having goals in life and some times the goal can be gift to your self for working hard and rewarding yourself.  

Remember that building a successful real estate portfolio takes time and effort, but the rewards can be significant.I encourage you to continue learning and asking questions and don't hesitate to reach out to other members of the community for support and guidance.

Picking a tenant is all about risk mitigation vs reward.

However, it may take longer to save up the necessary funds, delaying your entry into the real estate market.Ultimately, the key is to strike a balance between risk and reward that aligns with your goals and financial situation.

Run the risk/reward on it.

The plaintiffs resolved the issues by getting the proper licenses and/or registrations but the loans were still held as valid.Generally, I would ask your foreclosing attorney in that state what he or she recommends and then weigh the risk/rewards like you do everything else.

I still reward that person very well today (but definitely not at the same rates).Also, just because private money costs the same as or even more than hard money doesn't mean you shouldn't take it.
