Tons of competition here and I have a lot of success finding leads via Zillow, apartments.com, and Facebook marketplace.

@Nikovia Smith there are a lot of questions there and I will try to help with some of them. 

Usually people do it at 3 properties or more but depends on your goals.

Stock market fluctuates a lot.

I think it hurts them more than it helps!
