Hi Everyone  I'm new to real estate  investing and I want to buy and flip homes I'm currently trying to save money to buy my first property and also build my credit what would be some good advice to invest in my first home an how much should I save and also how can I follow  or identify target markets  for cheap houses and good market  and what website  could I use to analyze the market in my area. Also looking for mentorship starting with saving and using my money wisely if anyone good give advice i would defintely would appreciate the knowledge thank you so much !
