So far we see about 25% of our resident base at the most risk of income interruption, which could be a hit to our income but hopefully not devastating, especially if we can stay ahead of it.We are also initiating refinancing some assets to take advantage of the attractive interest rates!

Everytime I log into Zillow now, before I can search I have to click a box to confirm I'm not a robot and then go thru this obscene captcha where I'm clicking boxes that have buses and fire hydrants and crosswalks that goes on for an eternity.

@Jay Helms Expect some possible missed rents from some affordable housing properties, especially with certain evictions being on a 30 day hiatus for the courts(NC), however getting ahead and vocalizing to tenants benefits to paying rent on time will be key.

Specifically in the months ahead, I don't see a rational reason for there to be increased demand in self-storage as people could potentially be compromised financially and a self-storage payment isn't going to be high on their list.
