We have a lot of money tied up in the unit and would like to find a rental unit the we would consider living in at some point with a house hack option/ADU and or a home that has a better long term appreciation potential. 

Aug 2 I am relisting the house if I don't have a signed lease.  

The tenants would have to supervise the bunny closely if loose inside the house.  

In the event that a payment is missed (30 days late for example), the performance deed would automatically return the house to the seller.

Even on a $30k house, I need $7500 plus escrow and $10k-$20k for rehab.

Why do you think you can learn to house hack and do midterm rentals right away there?

I normally research:-Location-Crime-Median House Hold Income (HHI)-Zillow - other similar units + B/B that have sold in the area (ex. 1-2 miles in the past 90-days)When contacting, anything you would ask aside from the following?

.* The house could sit on-market a while, meaning the PM doesn't take a commission for 6-9 months on that project. 

I currently live in NYC area and am looking to house hack here (NJ/NYC) with a building up to 4 units (FHA loan).

The bank in New York I bought them from uses the same property management company for all the houses I bought.
