I also like how an LLC makes it just a little bit harder for someone to find out my name and address.My question is this --   When signing a lease contract as a sole member LLC -- in order for the contract to be valid,do I have to print my full birth name under my signature line  OR can I do something like "authorized agent, XXX properties LLC".Thanks, Craig

The reason why is that the information in books get old quickly and often times the authors are no longer investing in the real world!

I gave my prop mgr POA authority to sign the docs.
