I just hosted a seminar at Somerset Winery, our speaker was 30 year RE investor who leveraged real estate investing into his dream of owning a winery, which of course was where we held the meeting.

I thought when I earned my license that I would "eventually" become an investor but after a year of hosting open houses, running all over to show properties, and putting in offer after offer to unresponsive realtors; the boredom set in and I really didn't feel like I was doing what I cared most about: helping people in need.
