Newbie in NJ Seeking to Put Years of Studying to Use! :)

Hello!

I'm a brand new wholesaler in South Jersey who was once a realtor. I've been reading everything I can find about real estate investing for the last 3-4 years, listening to podcasts for just as long, and following all of my favorite investors on social media. I thought when I earned my license that I would "eventually" become an investor but after a year of hosting open houses, running all over to show properties, and putting in offer after offer to unresponsive realtors; the boredom set in and I really didn't feel like I was doing what I cared most about: helping people in need.

Many years ago after divorce, legal fees and medical bills had in over my head; a wholesaler bought my house and saved my life. I was able to go to grad school and start my life fresh! I want to be that relief to a struggling single mom ready to let go of a house full of bad memories for a fresh start. Hence, my decision to move into wholesaling.

I'm excited to relieve the burden of an unwanted house and make investors' lives easier in the process so please offer your wisdom as I start my new journey!
