Go to local real estate events near you.
Also you can talk to host's on Airbnb, must of them are just trying to find someone reliable to take over there business so they can have passive income. You can also book a night and meet them BTW but that can take time money and a lot of effort.

Ohh and Facebook Marketplace is a great tool to find employees and to find customers.
