Assuming it is unfinished and only good for storage, it would not be that expensive to section off areas with chain link fence or even building walls, each having a locking door.

But I need to plaster one wall, put a coat of refinish on the nice hard woods and just do general clean up and paint.

But investing anymore in getting old ones back VS just buying new would be in my opinion a waste of money.

I am curious if anyone has experience with cellular concrete in any capacity; e.g. residential construction, parking pads, concrete floors, insulated walls/floors, geodesic domes, ADUs, etc.

I have been a little shocked that about half of what I got is telling me I am wrong or that what I have already done is a waste of time. 

It’s a full rehab(new roof, new drive way, siding is good but a has a few cracks, needs drywall work in one of the rooms(hole in the wall and a crack in the ceiling), full interior needs updated, and some landscaping in the front and back yards.

Since we are pregnant with our 1st, she didn't want to be sharing walls with other people.

Just don't want to waste time looking at a home that was listed and sold months ago.
