Thinking of doing another MFH purchase but was curious how SFH do in LV.

Looking at outside markets can work very well, but you must have a team in place prior to purchase.

Knowing what a specific repair will cost is one thing but knowing how to catch those issues before they become an issue is vital. 

I believe you have to ensure all current tenants have the right to decide first whether they'd want to purchase the units prior to the conversion.

(these numbers are just furnishing & setup costs, they exclude house purchase & closing costs)

Where can I purchase the medical tools necessary and how do I make an incision that minimizes bleeding. 

Anyone have experience with this or know any specific banks that will do it? 

There is no specification of materials or direction of the borrower.I can certainly see why you would assume that taking percentage of profit implies particiopation in management of the project, but I personally don't agree that taking a percentage of profit in lieu of interest constitutes influence in the project, nor have I ever seen it happen.
