Now I am trying to form a LLC as everyone says LLC is the way to go to protect my personal assets from any trouble in future.

I recently started my LLC and EIN through them as well.

I literally have the same problem I have a LLC with no account history not even a bank account linked to it!

I recently formed a new LLC that will be involved in buy/sell, and buy/hold transactions.

Another downside is you loose on the advantages, of the Federal Tax Code, by not closing in the name of a LLC.

Everything around here for investments, that is properties owned in an LLC, is 15 to 20 years max.

One of us could live there, worst case scenario hopefully.We found a good lawyer through BiggerPockets.com, formed an LLC, and will be meeting with an investor friendly accountant soon!

There has been some discussion as to purchasing properties under an LLC or personal financing plan.
