New investor from Birmingham, Alabama
Hello!
I'm a business owner in Birmingham Alabama in my 40s, and I've reached a stage in my life where I have capital and am able to invest in real estate.
My only experience in real estate comes from being in a family with two agents, and with the purchase of my first home. Other than that, just from avid reading over the years about real estate investing, something that I've been interested in since my youth.
I'm interested in distressed properties with the intention to flip (and rent if I absolutely have to). I'm currently looking at tax delinquent properties, foreclosures, wholesale properties.
I need a good real estate lawyer, and an investor friendly title company for searches and insurance. Anyone recommendations in the Birmingham, AL area would be greatly appreciated.
I currently have a real estate agent that I'm very happy with who is investor friendly, and very savvy.
See my profile for contact info, and thanks!
