The suggested ethics of getting yourself into due diligence to then try and flip the note to another note buyer will quickly destroy your reputation in addition to it's own mile high barrier for execution in a general sense.

Horizontal blinds...unless you are covering a very large picture window or a sliding glass door; then you would likely use a vertical blind system.We buy the cheapo plastic Lowes blinds and add curtain rods to make certain we don't have tenants standing on wobbly chairs nailing rods into the walls down the road.If we decide to also add curtains (often) I'll buy them either on ebay or the sheers from my Dollar General ($5 a panel).Gail
