My business library has many books in it some decades old which I routinely refer back to because I can't remember every detail of a subject matter and each case is unique but techniques and terms can be timeless and are relevant even today. only a fool completely ignores history and the past... yes it is important to adapt but sometimes old tools work just better.

It's about a condo, but there are areas discussed that are very relevant, the SAFE Act was a big deal at the time, some changes there you can catch up with but the basics are still there. :)
