Big primary bathroom or designation laundry room?
Hi All,
I'm seeking some advice for a single family home investment that I'm currently rehabbing. I plan to resell it when it's finished- it's a fix and flip. I'm trying to decide if a potential home buyer would prefer a big primary bathroom and the washer/dryer area would be in the basement - OR - a small primary bathroom and a dedicated (stackable) laundry space on the second floor with the bedrooms.
I would appreciate your opinions as to which scenario would add the most value to the property, thank you!
Lisa
