There are tons of threads on the forums about people who bought a random property in the midwest, did OK for a couple years, and then it needed 20-30K to turn over, and that destroyed their cash flow for years.

I see the zillow brand is taking off, meanwhile whenever I try to click on something on their site (ie, an estimate on a house in California) it will take me to some other totally unrelated, random page, ie, a house for sale inMissouri instead of taking me to what the hyperlink is described as being.

My opinion is that I would trust the ask a tax expert over a random tax preparation service employee - don't get me wrong, I'm not dissing all tax prep employees - just saying Intuit pays much more for the professionals, and they are all licensed professionals.
