Structural repairs are not allowed, such as room additions, foundation repairs, etc.

From finding new tenants, to turning over a unit, to dealing with issues as they come up- I'm fortunate enough to have a friend who helps me out in MA with physical needs, but it's never done as well as I would personally do it.Your situation is going to be unique to you, for instance - your daughter.
