Also, it's HIGHLY likely that magically this will be the time of a tragic accident/funeral, and either they or their family member (likely a child for specific heart strings) are in the hospital and can't pay the rent.

While, I had to sweeten the pot by telling her that I would hire someone to clean our house indefinitely if should would agree, we moved to the inner city - into one of the roughest parts (64127) I might add...Since we have moved here, our heart for the inner city and inner city development has grown, and we are seeing a huge need in Kansas City and throughout the United States for investors to come together and invest in affordable housing.
