Now after we are in the house my mother has the mind set that she can treat me and my family like crap and enter the house when ever she wants . " I know i broke a biggy on never deals with family but I really want the house" Do i have any rights on telling her when she can and cant enter the house and being a royal pain in my butt.Nick

It's a real pain and it is really hard to 'read' the tenant to guess if they are sincere or just looking for free housing.I'm sorry that this is a little late but with your situation I think that it would be easier and cheaper for you to give them the 30 day notice that the month-to-month lease will be ending.

This can be a pain, since the Realtor see this as a no money in it for me deal, but they are obligated to do so.What you're looking for are discrpencies in value anywhere along the line of listing, sale and other lending arrangements.

IMO it is foolish to place such a large tax burden on those that help create jobs and already are taxed quite high.This administration is doing almost nothing to turn around the economy, but has done a significant amount of harm.
