Now after we are in the house my mother has the mind set that she can treat me and my family like crap and enter the house when ever she wants . It's a real pain and it is really hard to 'read' the tenant to guess if they are sincere or just looking for free housing.I'm sorry that this is a little late but with your situation I think that it would be easier and cheaper for you to give them the 30 day notice that the month-to-month lease will be ending.

IMO it is foolish to place such a large tax burden on those that help create jobs and already are taxed quite high.This administration is doing almost nothing to turn around the economy, but has done a significant amount of harm.
