Driving for dollars is great for us having three kids, it helps calm them when they get crazy and we love looking for deals in the area!  

We home schooled our 5 kids, 2 of them worked, bought their own high school courses and finished 3 year programs in 9 months at 15, 1 went to college, the other worked until 17 then went into the army Airborne Infantry, 4 combat tours in Afghanistan, leaving for Iraq in afew months.

I am partially kidding about all of that but am serious about looking for someone to work with here in the Charlotte area.  

We house hacked our current house for nearly 5 years until we had kids, and we're looking forward to doing it again. 

Our main goal is to save as much money as possible and leverage as wisely as possible to acquire enough properties, as soon as possible, to supplement my wife's income with cash flow so that she can stay at home with the kids.                                                                                                               

The kid who taught himself to ride, pulling a 1/2 mile long wheelie down the highway, there is no reason for me to point out his immaturity and idiocy, the best thing for him to learn from will be crashing, hopefully he won't kill himself or others. 

I'd rather give that occasional tough answer than to see anyone, especially with kids to support or whatever, endure a major hardship due to watching too many of those "we ride around in our fancy truck and make huge $$$ flipping homes" shows, which are often I now know insidiously linked to the "spend a massive amount at our weekend seminar" type deals too.

I figured I'd want to own a home when I got married and had a kid, maybe 6 years from now lol...

Just kidding lol.

GC had an awesome find, a kid who'd worked as tile pro's helper for years and was meticulous, but too slow and paid by the hour, so unknown to me, he fired him and hired the all time hack crew in history!
