Did you disclose the mechanics of the double-close/assignment process, and specifically that the end-Buyer's funds would be used to close on his property?  

Is this common language in mobile home investing or is the person writing this description more like a wholesaler? 

Hi, I need some advice or direction.I currently own Commercial and Residential Rental Property, Student Housing, and one mobile home park.

Is it because you could be "acting as a broker without a license to do so" when dealing with lease options so it's a CYA mechanism?  

What i mean here is to know the essentials such as  where the water shutoff is, where the electric shut off is, where water pumps are and what kind of mechanics you have inside the building.Take note of the model numbers, year of manufacturer of certain vital equipment such as HVAC, water heaters and so on.

what is the difference between a Mobile home park and rv park?

Is anyone actively purchasing mobile homes with land and renting them out?

Current project is a small awning that needs to be built in a 55+ mobile home park.
