Laminate hardwood flooring, electrical outlets, HVAC duct (wouldn't travel that far, through the attic) would need to be installed.  

Generating seller leads that will be worth anything for an investor is tough using social media.

Guess you could add a timer outlet if you wanted to leave it on for longer periods.

Why are we so quick to Judge our fellow landlords and sympathize with the media instead of standing up for our fellow investors/landlords when it comes to these matters?

They get places where you do not want to get (attics, crawling spaces), they use infrared cameras to see inside walls, they will tell you if outlets have grounding, if AC is cooling, if Water Heater is missing a expansion tank.

Not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but the first thing that pops into my mind immediately when I hear Carlsbad is "outlet mall!"
