Afternoon All-After finding BP podcast I went down a rabbit hole and have been watching/listening to anything I can find, I now see the protentional in real estate from a lucrative side hustle to long term play.Currently, I still work my W2 job and plan to for the next couple years since my work generally starts early and finish's early.

I read it all and listened to all the podcasts and ran numbers on all the houses until, finally, I felt like I could sort of have a conversation with someone and seem like I knew something.And keep asking questions here!

I dont know a whole lot about this subject yet but I was listening to one of the latest BP podcast episodes and this one may have some REALLY good ideas you havent thought of yet.

Long time listener, first time poster :D My husband and I assumed management of my father-in-laws rental property portfolio a few years ago and have since been working hard to educate ourselves, bring it up to date and apply BiggerPockets techniques and formulas to everything.

@David Dunn It took me a lot of podcast listening, reading RE investment books and attending local meetup groups to take an action and purchase my first investment property.

@Bjorn Ahlblad yes, I have been listening to the BP podcasts and I will look into getting the book.
