Everything has been fairly uneventful with them - except for having to replace the whole HVAC system the first summer they were in it because it failed (not their fault) - and they do take really good care of the property, they get along with the neighbors, and have even fixed a couple things themselves - like a leaking toilet.

If you are looking for a primary residence the winter sometimes can be good so you can check for air leaks, furnace and other issues but home are usually priced less in the area I am in .

As far as how much of a gut job it is - I can't say with a 100% certainty, but there was major water damage from roof leaks (the ceiling had fallen down in the kitchen).

The bill for this month was $240.I want to add that I have had leaky faucets, a running toilet, and a leaky connection to a washing machine cause my bill to increase by $50-100.My suggestion is to check every unit for leaks.
