Hello everyone, I'm Linda and I am a new member to BP.

I acquired my first property last year ( a duplex) here in S.W. Houston, Tx\after searching for some time for a property with at least 7% return. I'm looking forward to networking an establishing relationships with the BP community.

I am still learning a lot ( For example,Recently had a leak on my flat roof

That was not fixed properly and the roofer refuses take my phone calls etc) from my first property.
