It is critical that you complete all of it, including the lead based paint disclosure and any other state specific disclosures.  

@Ned Carey there are a total of 4 egress windows in the basement, the backdoor, and then the door leading from the stairs to the main level.

Most basement leaks lead back to gutters, downspouts and grade toward the house.

It has gone OKAY but there have been a few snags leading to thinner expected profits.

If you have a date deadline where your rental will be available you can advertise for that start month to begin leads.

It is a large 5 bed, 2.75 bath with an large den, pool and spa and outdoor space for the kids.

With houses being different, even if all the supplies are the same, a larger bid can be a bit of guess work on everyone's part sometimes leading to vastly different amounts that place Contractor A much higher than Contractor B where the next job may have them flipping the other way.

I am working with general contractor who has concluded it will need to be demolished.In addition, we have tested the home for lead paint, and it’s positive.
