Broker commission on a property sale
Hey there
I am in the process of flipping a property. It has gone OKAY but there have been a few snags leading to thinner expected profits.
Some recommendations have been:
-listing it through a broker for a flat fee, to get it on the MLS.
-Or finding a 1% sellers agent.
Just wondering if anyone has used either strategy or if there were other ways to sell a flip property quickly without giving up 5% of sale?
Thank you!
