The goal is to buy a multi-family and make any necessary renovations to one side (the side I won't be living in) in order to rent out.

My goal is not so much to tow the car, but to give greater incentive to late tenants to pay their rent, I don't want to work my agents any harder than we are.. we are big believers in streamlining things and following the company process. 

It takes a long time for the first on-line check to arrive with any on-line payment, subsequent payments should be faster.

I'm a beginner cash buyer, with no deals under my belt, and looking to connect and work with established wholesalers in my area to pursue my buy and hold goals, but why would any established wholesaler want to work with a beginner who maybe a bit gun shy on their first deal?  

Assume a long term wealth creation strategy is my goal as the buyer. 

What is your goal with the Refi?  

My goal is eventually own a big multifamily property or several ones.
