Before you start asking any questions you need to get an idea of what you qualify for in terms of financing.

We plan on starting small, little by little, and being able to grow into a vast network of interconnected artistic hubs!

My point being what is so much is dependent on the age of the homes, what they are worth on the open at a fire sale discount and what are they worth to you?
