It does 95% of what the OP suggested and a lot he didn't.

Any suggestions on which angle is in demand currently (escrow agents/mortgage brokers/ real estate brokers/appraiser/mortgage loan officer)?

The closest I can get to that over here in America is finding investors to do a CP loan on land where I will provide a list of suggested areas for sale, as well as the condominiums total 3D model with construction costs and all dimensions/specs provided.

Or they may be able to suggest someone that would do that.Look for MH investors in the area.  

After each step was crossed they would “suggest” you be a part of the next step which would basically require some form of cash down payment.
