I have read a lot about the programs and Keller Williams is watching this very carefully.

You have interesting goals - in a way similar to what I do currently (manage our SFR portfolio, rehab new acquisitions, GC for clients, build new for retail and working as an agent) - what I am finding is that I have too much going on and need to focus.After working in corporate for almost 20 years I am enjoying the freedom to start whatever project I find interesting if it makes sense and money.

If you do, go ahead and mention that since he may not have even thought of using such services.If he mentions a pain point in his business: something he doesn't enjoy doing, an area that he feels is holding him back etc..see if you can help in that area. 

I am very independent and usually can figure out most anything on my own and a lot of times enjoy doing so but this is a different story.

The thing you need to watch out for with a large national firm is that your experience will only be as good as the sales rep assigned to you and many times these are not necessarily experienced senior consultants with longevity in the field.I'd focus more on experience and responsiveness than on location and you'll be fine.

There is also additional issue of someone watching the code when a door is being opened and they have the keys!
