@Mindy Jensen While your developers are at it, we should be able to display more than 6 documents per page when we're viewing a category (like "contracts").

Instead of being focused on the public exchanges as the investing platform, however, they have the paperwork and staff training to document non-traditional asset holdings such as real estate, private placements, mortgages, etc.   

I like that info @Chris Mason.The only bad news, all the lenders I talk with, repeat the requirements: 2 years of P&L, and/or one year of bank statement for no docs.Could you specify how you count the rental income: gross income, cash flow, or some %% of projected income?
