How do I find anything in the FilePlace?

How am I supposed to find anything in the FilePlace?  @Brandon Turner constantly brags about how many state-specific, lawyer-reviewed contracts they have there.  However, finding them for my state (Nebraska) is difficult.  The search feature covers the entire FilePlace, and never seems to find anything.  If I click on the "Contracts" section, there is no search functionality.  I'm presented with only 6(!) files per page, and 13 pages that I apparently must browse through in order to find anything I'm looking for.  Most of the file names don't indicate which state they apply to, so I have to open each possible file in order to find what I'm looking for.

That's virtually useless.  Surely, an organization the size of Bigger Pockets can do better than this.  Am I missing something?
