They charged extra fees for any work after regular hours calling it emergency, and then had their maintenance/landscapers go cut down a tree in her backyard on a weekend, charging a supervisor fee that was extra, charged extra for the landscaper calling it an emergency, to a bill to destroy a perfectly good tree for around $1,000.
