I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a demand for monthly furnished rentals in downtown Nashville.

It turns the table on the city, who now must come back with what is a "reasonable accommodation" to the situation, one that does not involve just a lazy fine or demand that the structure be torn down or vacated. 

Demand your money back and move on. 

There's a good rental demand and the property prices are going up.

We actually always keep an eye out for properties near hospitals, there is a lot of business surrounding hospitals and a constant flow for demand.
