Can the seller escrow ask for more money after I sign and wire?

Hello everyone,

I was the winning bidder on a REO property through auction.com.

Here is what is going on:

As the buyer, I have been meeting all deadlines and found everything they ask.

Closing was supposed to be February 28th, seller escrow found a problem.

Closing was supposed to be March 2nd, seller escrow came with another excuse and asked for documents my escrow had already sent two weeks ago.

Closing was supposed to be March 4th, seller escrow came up with another excused and said that closing would take place today FOR SURE (Monday - March 9), if I signed my part and wired my funds by noon last Friday (03/06).

So last Friday, 9am I went to my escrow office signed everything, and by 11am the funds were wired.

Today is Monday 03/09 and guess what?

Seller escrow came up with another excuse and said:

“Can you please also provide a copy of Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavit. I need to upload to seller to see if they will pay or if this will become a buyer charge as well.”

Not to say that the Excise Tax Affidavit was sent to the seller escrow two weeks ago and last week.

Is this legal?

I feeling extremely uncomfortable with the situation, as is my escrow. Lack of responsibility, and is very clear that the seller escrow is not getting things done.

I won’t be wiring any extra money, if they request more I prefer to get out of this deal. Is this possible?

what are my rights in this situation?

Thanks
