I think it is difficult to judge a tenant by their outward appearance and I have not gone through the lease agreements yet so I don't know where they work, who they are or much of anything about them.

I recently went to a court house in downtown Los Angeles I was advised to research probate deals with the court house computer, however after looking through many documents I have no clue what I am looking for.

Your brash personality for the sake of such and know it all attitude aside, your eagerness to discount COC return out of hand has mystified me from the first time I stopped listening to your first appearance on the podcast 20 minutes into it because I found your whining and self-blovation nauseating.
