Account Closed It makes complete sense that the guy with less overhead and presumably less employees would be able to charge less for a similar job as compared to the 2nd guy who has a big company, more employees, more overhead.

Such as tax preparers, sandwich shops, etc.... that will really suffer if traffic volume dries up.If this is his thought on this, it comes down to preserving the "Asset Value" of the shopping center through tenant mix.Storage units seem to be low volume traffic draws compared to a Home Depot or something like that.

For those who invest in notes, the number of notes for sale has been limited compared to the number of contracts for deeds (aka land contracts, an agreement for deed, CFD's etc) I see on the market.I know some investors shy away from them because they are lower priced assets and have a higher risk.
