Currently, I'm located in Chilliwack, British Columbia (about an hour from Vancouver) and I recently started selling cars.

I've had conference calls while commuting to work in my car. 

I arrived to Hawaii under Air Force Active Duty orders, put in the barracks with a pretty low wage as an E-3 Airman. 22 years old, no college education, a low 600 credit score and with a $14k car loan on Subaru STi (god I miss it). 

I learned how to disassemble and rebuild everything on a car from books, to the point where I once bought a 67 Mustang convertible that a guy had stripped down to the frame and reassembled it on my own in the garage, and then drove it for several years before selling it (for a profit, of course!).

I hate my car payments -- I'm going to get rid of them first before RE. 

Never ever had a cc before but lucky wife was able to get a 0% for 21 months 10k cc for me to start I took every bit of debt I could and threw it on that bad boy and made massive payments I chewed through my debt in a very fast way this way... after that cc offer was over I opened one for my self rinse and repeat however this does come with risk you cant over step what you can afford or you COULD "guilty and it sucked so bad I only did it once" and get nailed by the terrible after the 0% interest... since then I have used this "cc hack" I blame Brandon for my hack talk -_- to pay of everything from rehabing my own home to cars to trips to even xmas spending why pay interest to anyone?

It makes more sense for an automotive shop that needs space to house inventory (cars, tires, other equipment) and also upfront Retail to check our customers.I have thought about co-listing but I'm not too sure how the other commercial brokers would feel about that.

It plugs into your car and will track your miles, stops, engine turn-offs, etc.
