Curious exactly how does DTI come into play when buying a non owner occupied investment property with conventional mortgages.

I didn't do any due diligence as I had no intention of buying, but assuming title and physical condition were decent it looked like an easy $50-100k flip.

If you want to scale up and buy more faster putting less down is the best plan.
