And I can look over all systems as much as is indicated.I bet if you figure out the time and $$ spent on an average LTR turn-around, it almost equals out when you look at all of these factors......Plus you get the 3 - 5 times income from a well run STR.... :-)

I would not take a chance on providing a subpar property and get less than stellar reviews.You could list on FB marketplace and try to get some off platform bookings for now.You could contact some local PM's and let them know you have a place available and its condition.
