I visited my county's court house multiple times and was told by the probate office that I was not able to obtain that information.

I drive from Scottsdale to visit my girlfriend in Newport Beach all the time, the drives only 6 hours!

Two publications that I really got a lot from were “Flip” by Rick Vilani and of course, J Scott’s, “The Book on Flipping Houses”.Fast forward to Thanksgiving of 2013: I had a friend come visit form Florida.

I visited the property yesterday, and both units are very nice (fully renovated, with very nice kitchens and baths...definitely not "builder grade" stuff), and the property is the last house on the cul-de-sac, surrounded by very nice properties, and this is the only multi in the neighborhood. 

My best advice is to visit the courthouse sale and observe.

What are other sites/places to visit where I can find better deals?

-Visit the property and ask yourself if you want your family to live there.On the side note, would this research be published?

Our option is essentially a glorified catastrophic plan with a few "covered" doctor visits per year thrown in. 

I think it would be great If I can essentially stay there for free if I visit often because I love to surf and also Rincon Puerto Rico is growing in tourist population.
